Plaques by CM Customs

Our online design tool with templates will be coming soon so that you can fully design your own plaques.

Please fill out the information below to get started on your custom plaque. Within two days you will be contacted with any additional information needed. Before the plaque is made you will receive a layout to approve before the order is made.

All shipping is $8 for the first plaque, $3 for each additional plaque on the same order. You will be invoiced for the order total after we receive your information. Please email clarence@shopcmcustoms.com with any questions.
